Meet the Class

Our Second Work Experience

Due to the success of our first Work Placements it was decided that our pupils should go out on placement again. The class went to work in car valeting, as classroom assistants and in cafes. The pupils all worked extremely well again and everyone really enjoyed their work placement. Thanks again to the employers for taking our children on for the week.

Our Second Work Experience

Work Experience

This term the pupils in the class had the opportunity to go out on Work Placement for a week. The pupils had been working in careers class looking at the type of work that they would enjoy and would meet their interests. Some of the examples of jobs that the pupils worked in were childcare, car valeting, shop assistant and waitressing. The class also prepared for going out on placement by looking at the do's and don'ts of the workplace. We are delighted to say that all of our pupils loved their placements, worked extremely hard and got excellent experience. We would like to thank all of the employers for taking our pupils on this term and giving them the opportunity to experience what work is like.
