RE: Derry/Londonderry Ambassador Club Launch and Coffee Morning

 

My name is Denise and I am writing from Whizz-Kidz. We are a UK wide charity working hard to transform the lives of children who are wheelchair users, supporting them to become confident and independent young adults.

 

Here in Northern Ireland we run Ambassador Clubs in Derry/Londonderry and Belfast. Our Ambassador Clubs (youth clubs) are a place for young disabled people aged between 8-25 years old to meet up, make friends and have fun! We do everything from music, dance, art, sports, beauty therapy, cooking, trips and a whole lot more. We even run campaigns to help improve the lives of young disabled people by raising awareness of disability issues and campaigning for better facilities. 

 

We are re-launching the Derry/Londonderry club and would love for you to come along to see what we are about! The launch will be on Saturday 26^th November at the Playtrail, Racecourse Road, Derry at 12pm. You can meet some of the staff and find out all about our Ambassador Clubs and sign up for future clubs.
